For this water decal you get to cut out the design to fit your nail perfectly.

Decal is sold on transparent water paper. To be applied over white nail polish for best results.

... How To Apply...

1- Cut out your decal as close as possible to the design
2- Place the cut out decal in warm water for approximately 20 seconds. Take it out of the water and slide the decal away from the paper.
3- Place the decal on your nail and let dry thoroughly.
4- Seal the Decal with a top coat layer
